Hello! My name is Molly Miller. I’m a certified personal trainer with 7 years of experience in the field helping hundreds of individuals reach their health and fitness goals. I’ve always loved physical labor. Growing up on a 13 acre horse farm, to 10 years of competitive gymnastics. It comes naturally to me, but I knew from a young age that it didn’t come easy for a lot of people; especially women. When I was 18, suffering from a back injury that took me away from my passion (gymnastics), I decided then that I wanted to be in the fitness industry helping others gain the knowledge to make healthy choices for their bodies longterm.

I’ve realized throughout the years that there are so many ideas/beliefs/claims about nutrition, fitness, and health in general that people are just confused at this point. They don’t know where to start. This is where Redeemed Fitness comes into the picture. The idea behind the name of this company is simply that; helping women redeem their idea of what fitness and health actually is. There’s this obscure picture that women have that the only way to lose body fat is through detox teas, body wraps, diet pills, a million minutes of cardio, and greens drinks. Rightly so, it’s all over the internet. But then feel discouraged, more confused, and usually wind up with slower metabolisms , jacked up hormones (or both) when their attempts fail, yet again. I want to change this narrative. I want to empower women with knowledge about the TRUTH of their bodies so they can do this longterm, with no more ups and downs.
